This site is a bit of an experiment to play with words and to chronicle my explorations, learnings, projects, and writing over the years.
Background
I'm still figuring things out as I go.
Currently, I’m a senior biotech engineer by day and a student of life always. I love food and am intrigued by the future of food. I love cats and writing - as all introverts do. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people to increase serendipity in my life.
My favorite place I’ve ever been to is the Galápagos Islands. My second favorite is Guatemala. Then Bali and Iceland. I’ve traveled to 30 countries in 3 years, while working full time.
Isolation in the wilderness scares me. Not just the spiders and bugs. But the scary echos of my own thoughts. Yet these are the moments that generate the most growth. So I continue to seek out these experiences.

Interests
Outside of travel and food, my other interests include personal finance / FIRE, virtual reality, video games, reading, writing, and emerging technologies.
